I had to do a cross-country move. I'm on my own so the thought of all that had to be done was overwhelming. Janis came over and gave me a list of things I should/could do.All of which were doable and I had the lead time. She advised that I move out before it was listed, so they could show it "tabula rasa". I agreed, but needed help finding a reputable moving company- which she did! With all the mechanics of the move in place I successfully made it to my new home. Then the Ellen and Janis team took over preparing my now empty house. They arranged for all the cosmetic treatments and I used their Concierge service to pay for it, within my specified budget. I had a buyer within the first week of showing, above the asking price and the team handled all the closing details for me. This was huge for me since I was 1200 miles away and couldn't be there in person. They made what is intrinsically a very stressful event run smoothly for me and I will be always be grateful to them.
