Kris was incredible to work with as my wife and I found our new home in JP. She is incredibly kind, understanding, and knowledgeable with regard to the Boston housing market (especially J.P.) She took our priorities seriously but also was honest about properties with potential (and those with problems). She fiercely advocated for us during negotiations, was incredibly responsive, and was overall an absolute joy to be on the house-hunt with. We couldn't imagine doing it with anyone else.
